Connection
We believe that play is a bridge for connection, allowing every family to share moments of pure joy in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, while co-creating endless memories together.

The Power of Play
Play is more than entertainment. It is one of the most natural ways for young children to understand themselves, relate to others, and explore the world around them. Through play, children express ideas and emotions, learn to take turns, cooperate, solve problems, and regulate their feelings. For young children, play is a meaningful pathway for learning and development.
About the project
“Play to Connect” is a 24-month (2026-2028) community-based support and research project led by an interdisciplinary team at Tung Wah College, bringing together expertise in early childhood education, psychology, occupational therapy, and nursing. The project aims to translate research into meaningful community practice that responds to the needs of grassroots families.
The project supports families through parent-child play, helping parents build more positive, close, and supportive relationships with their children in everyday life. Guided by the core ideas of Communication, Co-creation, and Connection, the project provides parent workshops, guided play practice, and access to a Toy Library to strengthen responsive and interactive parent-child play.
